About Me...

Hey Y'all! My name is Lindy Claborn and I am starting my fourth year teaching here at Blackwell. Starting in the 2024-25 School year I will be the Family and Consumer Sciences teacher and I am super excited about it! I have been married to my husband, Sheldon, going on 20 years and we have three children: Cooper, Brayden, and Ella.  A little about me: I grew up on the same ranch that my family and I live on now and I went to school at Blackwell CISD (K-12), so I most certainly bleed green! I am not really a people person, but somehow I love teenagers and know that my purpose is to serve, support, and teach them to be good human beings. I love being a hornet and that my kids get to be hornets, too! Go Big Green!
